Excellent videos that teach you ultrasound! Great App! Recommend it for all that perform point of care ultrasound.

This is a beautiful application for people who have some background knowledge in obtaining ultrasound images. These videos are great! I use it at the bedside to show my residents and students some quick examples of pathology either while they are scanning or even before the scan to show them what to look for. Keep in mind however that this application does not take the place of actual coursework with hands-on experience.

Amendment to my previous review: screen freeze is the fault of my network, which is not 3G, rather than the app itself. Concise and informative review of ultrasonography techniques that is very helpful for me as an emergency physician. 5 years post residency and my dept is now getting a machine, this is a good start as a refresher. Not to mention, its free!

Excellent tool

I like the fact that now I can change the settings in My Profile and the Coach, Cases, and Images tabs show all the items that match my specialty, or I can navigate through the entire list to find what interests me. The new videos with the 3D animation are amazing!

Great library of videos, easy to use, a tool I will use again and again.

Keep it free and this could be the EMrap of the ultrasound world. But Dr. Phil, could you trim the intro and outro of your videos please?? Looking forward to using this app more, and hopefully there are plans to expand in the future!!

Would probably be pretty cool if I could get past the profile screen without it crashing. Needs fixing!

Love this app. And the case studies!!! And its free...

The original version had video of the supraclavicular block, one of the more commonly used PNBs. Upgraded and now this video is gone.. Whats up...?..Please restore the supraclavicular block to the video library and this App will be 5 stars instead of 3. Thanks

A great app before ios4 update. No gets stuck at profile page. Needs updating.

Its working great with my iPhone4. It loads up very quickly. The content of these videos are clear and concise. I highly recommend this to clinicians who are visual learners, especially to those who are just starting to use ultrasound guided peripheral blocks. Its a great review for the experts too. One of the new videos just added to the library does not load: cervical spine injection.

The videos are good. I wish there were more including an atlas of anatomy. The program is still buggy and its a tad frustrating.

Clear concise tutorials with great video - a must have for those interested in ultrasound! Keep up the great work!
